Role: Cinematographer

Role: Cinematographer

Hello, I’m Rick Yang – an Australia-based cinematographer. I’ve always been a cinematographer – and for over 15 years, visual storytelling has been my focus.
I specialize in documentaries, commercials, TV dramas, and narrative films. I also bring extensive experience in TVC production, ensuring each commercial project is visually compelling and strategically effective.
My journey began with a deep curiosity about how images convey emotion and story. I strive to create powerful, purposeful visuals that serve the narrative – blending technical precision with artistic vision.
I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with talented directors and production teams on a wide range of projects. My work has been recognized on platforms like iQiyi and Tencent, which continues to fuel my dedication to the craft.
Thank you for visiting my site. Feel free to explore my portfolio – and reach out for collaborations or inquiries.
